As a Content Lead, you will be pivotal in translating complex technology into engaging content that resonates with Web3 and AI communities. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to amplify our message, drive engagement, and leave a significant mark on the future of intelligent, autonomous systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Become an expert in AI tools for content creation (writing, video, images) to maximize impact within a lean team.
Craft compelling content (threads, articles, explainers, videos, memes, updates) that blend AI drafting with a human touch and deep Web3/AI cultural understanding.
Track and analyze content performance, providing insights to continuously improve engagement.
Rapidly experiment and iterate on content strategies to optimize results.
What We're Looking For
Strong writing and editing skills.
Deep understanding of Web3 culture and AI trends.
Comfort with fast-paced work, experimentation, and iteration.
A competitive drive to improve engagement KPIs (retention, interactions, session time).
3-5 years of experience in content, editorial, or community roles (Web3, AI, or tech highly preferred).
A strong portfolio showcasing writing (threads, blogs, explainers, thought leadership).
Deep familiarity with crypto culture and AI discourse, including memes, narratives, and signals.
