This is a high-impact opportunity for a crypto-savvy operations professional ready to work at the intersection of blockchain technology and institutional finance. You'll collaborate closely with Trading and Finance teams, plus external counterparties, to ensure seamless execution across our crypto operations infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing
Own daily settlement and reconciliation workflows across multiple digital asset and fiat accounts
Partner cross-functionally with Trading and Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
Manage relationships with external counterparties, custodians, and exchanges supporting blockchain-based transactions
Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations as crypto trading volumes grow
Monitor smart contracts and on-chain transactions relevant to settlement accuracy
Support audits and compliance reporting tied to digital asset operations
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in crypto, web3, or traditional financial operations
Strong understanding of blockchain settlement mechanics, wallets, and custody solutions
Familiarity with reconciliation tools and ledger systems used in distributed ledger environments
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately
Strong communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance crypto operations environment
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols, stablecoins, or cross-chain settlement systems
Familiarity with crypto exchange APIs and on-chain analytics platforms
Prior exposure to smart contract audits or blockchain compliance frameworks
Background in treasury operations within a trading firm or digital asset exchange
