About This Role
Our Crypto Partnerships team is expanding Robinhood's presence across the web3 landscape, forging relationships with infrastructure providers, wallets, and decentralized ecosystem builders. As our intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to how real crypto deals get sourced, vetted, and executed—working alongside product, engineering, and legal teams on initiatives that directly shape Robinhood Chain's growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Research and evaluate potential integrations with blockchain infrastructure providers, leading wallets (Phantom, MetaMask), DeFi applications, and institutional crypto players
Track competitor activity and emerging trends across the distributed ledger and smart contract ecosystem
Support management of vendor contracts, SLAs, and co-marketing initiatives with crypto partners
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical and strategic partnership details into actionable business insights
Explore AI-driven tools to accelerate partner discovery, due diligence, and relationship management
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (graduating Winter 2027/Summer 2028)
Genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrency, with solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, DeFi mechanics, and distributed systems
Sharp analytical mindset capable of turning complex technical concepts into clear strategic recommendations
Strong written and verbal communicator comfortable operating in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment
Self-starter who thrives on ambiguity and ownership
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or crypto partnership/BD work
Familiarity with major web3 ecosystems, L1/L2 chains, or wallet infrastructure
Experience using AI tools to streamline research or analysis workflows
