DAO Strategy Specialist
About This Role
LiquidCell operates where traditional finance meets distributed ledger innovation, building blockchain-powered infrastructure for real-world asset tokenization and decentralized liquidity. This role sits at the heart of our DAO operations, shaping how our community governs protocol decisions, treasury strategy, and long-term ecosystem growth. You'll have direct influence over how decentralized governance translates into real market impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and refine DAO governance structures, voting mechanisms, and proposal frameworks that align with our tokenized asset strategy
Collaborate with smart contract engineers to ensure governance logic is secure, transparent, and executable on-chain
Analyze DeFi and tokenomics trends to inform treasury management and capital allocation strategies
Drive community engagement initiatives that strengthen decentralized decision-making across stakeholders
Monitor governance participation metrics and propose improvements to incentive structures
Partner cross-functionally with legal, product, and tokenomics teams to align DAO strategy with regulatory and business goals
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience working within DAOs, web3 organizations, or decentralized governance ecosystems
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and crypto-native coordination tools
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, tokenomics design, and distributed treasury management
Excellent communication skills to translate complex governance mechanics for diverse stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret on-chain data and governance participation trends
Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving crypto environment
Bonus Points
Experience with real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platforms
Knowledge of quadratic voting, conviction voting, or other advanced governance models
Prior involvement in protocol treasury strategy or liquidity management
Active participation in web3 governance communities or forums
