As Delivery Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our engineering teams and clients like Matter Labs, Canton Network, and Solana, ensuring complex web3 projects ship on time without sacrificing the rigor our reputation is built on.
What You'll Be Doing
Own end-to-end delivery of blockchain infrastructure and DeFi engagements, from kickoff through production launch
Translate client requirements around tokenization, smart contracts, and distributed systems into actionable engineering roadmaps
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning protocol engineers, auditors, and AI specialists to hit milestones
Proactively identify risks in crypto-native projects and drive mitigation before they impact timelines
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing expectations and communicating technical progress clearly
Continuously refine delivery processes to scale across multiple concurrent blockchain engagements
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing technical delivery for software, fintech, or blockchain engineering teams
Strong grasp of distributed ledger concepts, smart contract development lifecycles, and DeFi infrastructure
Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with institutional or enterprise clients
Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments typical of crypto and web3 ventures
Sharp organizational skills with experience running agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
Clear, confident communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus Points
Direct experience delivering projects on Solana, Canton Network, or similar protocols
Familiarity with tokenized asset issuance and institutional custody solutions
Background working with AI-driven automation in financial workflows
Prior consulting or professional services experience in blockchain engineering
