As a Deployment Strategist, you'll own the full customer journey—from pre-sale technical conversations to post-sale adoption and renewal—for a portfolio of strategic accounts navigating the intersection of crypto, compliance, and investigations. What You'll Be Doing
Lead onboarding and deployment strategy for key accounts, defining clear adoption plans and measurable success criteria
Serve as the primary technical advisor to compliance teams, investigators, and executive stakeholders navigating blockchain and web3 workflows
Design and deliver hands-on training and enablement sessions that convert new users into confident platform power-users
Translate real-world investigative and compliance challenges into tailored platform configurations and integrations
Track usage patterns to proactively identify expansion opportunities and flag churn risk before it becomes a problem
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve escalations and feed field insights into the roadmap
Represent the company at regional industry events and customer forums, championing blockchain intelligence best practices
What We're Looking For
5+ years in customer-facing roles—customer success, solutions architecture, presales, or technical account management—at a high-growth tech company
Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders through complex, multi-month deployments
Solid working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals: wallets, exchanges, stablecoins, transaction flows, and how these intersect with AML and investigative workflows
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical blockchain and smart contracts concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort working with APIs, data analysis, and logic-driven workflows, including AI-assisted tools
Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Bonus Points
Direct background in financial crime, AML/CFT, fraud investigation, or financial regulation
Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics or crypto intelligence platforms
Certifications such as CAMS or CCI
Experience supporting public sector or financial institution clients across Africa
Fluency in an additional European or Arabic language
