About This Role
Launch Legends has spent nearly four years pioneering the bridge between Web2 enterprise needs and Web3 distributed systems. Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-powered Layer-Zero protocol redefining decentralized financial infrastructure and DePIN innovation. As Developer Relations Lead and Equity Cofounder, you'll be the human connector between our smart contract ecosystem and the builders who bring it to life.
What You'll Be Doing
Cultivate and grow a thriving developer community around Autheo's blockchain and DeFi infrastructure
Create technical documentation, tutorials, and onboarding resources for smart contract developers building on our Layer-Zero protocol
Represent Autheo at crypto conferences, hackathons, and web3 ecosystem events
Gather developer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements with our engineering team
Build strategic partnerships with other blockchain projects, DePIN networks, and decentralized protocols
Drive adoption of our enterprise-grade on-chain solutions through hands-on developer support
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in developer relations, community building, or technical evangelism within crypto or blockchain ecosystems
Strong understanding of smart contracts, distributed ledger technology, and decentralized application development
Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex blockchain concepts into accessible content
Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with early-stage startup ambiguity and equity-based compensation
Passion for Web3, DeFi, and the future of decentralized business infrastructure
Self-starter capable of thriving in a part-time, high-impact founding role
Bonus Points
Hands-on coding experience with Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages
Existing network within the DePIN, Layer-Zero, or AI-blockchain convergence space
Track record of growing developer communities from the ground up
Familiarity with enterprise blockchain integration challenges
