About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of institutional trading and the evolving crypto economy. As a Digital Assets Trader, you'll execute strategies across spot and derivatives markets for digital currencies, leveraging distributed ledger technology insights to deliver best-in-class execution. You'll be part of a globally connected operation spanning 80+ offices across six continents, shaping how a Fortune 100 firm navigates the decentralized finance landscape.
What You'll Be Doing
Execute and manage digital asset trades across spot, futures, and derivatives markets with precision and speed
Monitor blockchain networks, crypto liquidity pools, and DeFi protocols to identify trading opportunities
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless, secure trade settlement
Build and refine trading strategies informed by on-chain data, smart contract activity, and market microstructure
Maintain strong client relationships, providing market color and crypto-market insights to institutional partners
Stay ahead of regulatory developments shaping the web3 and digital asset trading landscape
What We're Looking For
Proven experience trading digital assets, crypto derivatives, or traditional financial instruments
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, distributed systems, and smart contract mechanics
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret fast-moving market data
Excellent communication skills and composure under pressure in high-volume trading environments
Familiarity with DeFi platforms, crypto exchanges, and digital asset custody solutions
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Bonus Points
Experience with algorithmic or quantitative trading systems for crypto markets
Hands-on knowledge of DeFi yield strategies, liquidity provisioning, or on-chain arbitrage
Series licenses (Series 7, 63, or equivalent) relevant to digital asset trading
Active engagement with the broader web3 and crypto community
