What You'll Be Doing
Driving the design and rollout of new digital asset and blockchain-based market products
Partnering cross-functionally with trading, sales, and engineering to translate client needs into scalable distributed ledger solutions
Evaluating emerging crypto market structures, smart contract frameworks, and DeFi protocols for institutional applicability
Acting as a subject-matter expert on digital assets, advising senior stakeholders on strategy and execution
Managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation through go-to-market and client onboarding
Challenging existing processes to identify opportunities for blockchain-driven efficiency gains
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in markets, trading, or digital assets within an investment banking or financial services environment
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, distributed ledgers, and how they apply to capital markets
Demonstrated ability to launch new products in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
Excellent stakeholder management skills across trading, technology, and client-facing teams
Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex, cross-disciplinary problems
Strong communication skills to articulate blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus Points
Direct experience with smart contracts, tokenization, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with regulatory considerations around digital assets and crypto markets
Prior exposure to building or scaling web3-native financial products
