What You'll Be Doing
Design and execute a holistic Total Rewards strategy that aligns with business goals in the fast-moving crypto and blockchain industry
Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure compensation philosophy supports company growth and market positioning
Benchmark pay structures against web3 and traditional tech competitors to maintain compelling, equitable offerings
Lead global benefits strategy development, balancing cost-efficiency with employee satisfaction across diverse regions
Oversee equity compensation programs, including considerations unique to blockchain-native companies
Mentor and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team while driving process improvements and automation
What We're Looking For
8+ years of progressive compensation and benefits leadership experience, ideally within tech, fintech, or blockchain sectors
Deep expertise in building scalable Total Rewards frameworks for global, distributed workforces
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable compensation strategy
Proven experience partnering with C-suite and senior leadership on sensitive, high-stakes compensation decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex reward structures clearly to diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced certifications a plus
Bonus Points
Prior experience structuring compensation for blockchain, crypto, or DeFi-native organizations
Familiarity with token-based incentive structures and their regulatory considerations
Experience with global mobility and multi-currency compensation planning
Background working in hypergrowth startup environments within web3 or fintech
