    "What You'll Be Doing"

    About This Role

    Soft skills:

    What You'll Be Doing

Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery managers, and other teams to translate business requirements into DLT-based technical solutions, ensuring the architecture aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Partner with sales teams and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business goals, translating these into architectural designs for tokenization platforms, settlement and custody flows, and ledger network topologies that form the basis of solution proposals.

Act as a technical authority on DLT during the presales process, advising clients on platform selection (public vs. private vs. permissioned networks), privacy models, interoperability, and the business impact of these choices, while answering client questions to build trust and confidence in proposed solutions.

Collaborate with sales and project management teams to develop detailed proposals including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring proposed architectures are feasible, scalable, and meet client expectations.

Identify opportunities to combine DLT solutions with AI capabilities, such as LLM-based automation, analytics, and compliance monitoring, to add value to client platforms.

    What We're Looking For

A degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, including 5+ years designing and delivering DLT or blockchain solutions in production.

Proven hands-on experience with distributed ledger frameworks and networks such as Hyperledger Besu, Canton, Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains, Corda, and Hyperledger Fabric.

Deep understanding of DLT architecture, including consensus mechanisms, node and network topology, privacy and confidentiality models, key management and custody, and interoperability and cross-chain integration.

Proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience building and deploying complex systems, including integrating ledgers with enterprise and legacy systems.

Deep understanding of architectural patterns and frameworks (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven), with the ability to choose the most appropriate pattern based on project requirements and constraints.

Proficiency designing and implementing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), including deploying and operating ledger nodes and networks, along with knowledge of cloud-specific services, deployment models, and best practices for scalability, availability, and security.

Strong experience with smart contract development and design (e.g., Solidity, Daml), including token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-1400, and ERC-3643, and secure contract design patterns.

Advanced knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to software architecture, including experience designing secure systems that meet regulatory requirements such as GDPR, MiCA, and financial-sector regulation.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), with the ability to integrate automated testing (including smart contract testing and audits), deployment, and monitoring into the software development lifecycle.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex DLT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple customer prospects and projects simultaneously.

Proven people management and leadership abilities.

    Bonus Points

Experience in capital markets or digital asset projects, such as tokenized securities, funds, bonds, stablecoins, or CBDC.

Experience in AI projects, namely LLMs and ML techniques.

Contributions to open-source DLT projects or recognized certifications in blockchain technologies.

    Why Join Us

International experience in a stable company with offices in Antwerp, Leuven, Lisbon, Krakow, Kyiv, and New York, operating on the market for over 15 years.

A passionate team in an innovative, casual, positive, and open work environment.

Opportunities for personal and professional development, along with the chance to help change the way business works in the financial world.
