About This Role
As the Global Head of Channel Marketing, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing the global channel marketing strategy. You'll lead a talented team, drive revenue growth, and expand Ledger's market presence through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Define the global channel marketing strategy, vision, and objectives in alignment with commercial goals
Oversee all channel marketing program execution, including budget management and ROI analysis
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international channel marketing team
Identify and recruit new partners, driving their onboarding and enablement
Develop joint marketing plans (JMPs) with key partners, securing strategic investments
Act as the primary marketing liaison for all channel-related activities
Plan and execute partner events (e.g., QBRs, partner summits, webinars)
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and regional marketing teams
Adapt global strategies to regional requirements and market specificities
What We're Looking For
10+ years of proven experience in global channel marketing leadership roles
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
High proficiency in English
