About This Role
Onyx is hiring an entry-level Growth Analyst to support growth through creators, influencers, streamers, affiliates, and digital partnerships. This is a three-month contract position with the potential to convert to full-time depending on business needs and performance. The analyst will help identify partners whose audiences align with Onyx, build relationships, launch campaigns, and measure their impact on customer growth — whether that means researching sports creators, coordinating an affiliate partnership, supporting a livestream around a major event, or helping a partner produce content that drives engagement and trading activity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands internet culture, communicates naturally, and wants to learn how partnerships drive growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Research creators, influencers, affiliates, and digital communities across sports, trading, crypto, gaming, and culture
Build and maintain a partner pipeline through outreach and follow-up
Introduce Onyx to prospective partners and support partnership conversations
Help coordinate sponsored content, affiliate placements, promotional campaigns, and major-event activations
Keep campaign assets, referral links, promo codes, timelines, approvals, and deliverables organized
Track campaign performance, including acquisition, conversion, deposits, trading activity, retention, and ROI
Help analyze which partners, platforms, and campaigns deliver the highest-quality customers
Collaborate with brand, design, data, compliance, and customer experience teams to launch campaigns
Help ensure partner content and promotions meet brand and compliance standards
Contribute to the systems and playbooks supporting Onyx's partnership program

Background in consumer apps, sports, gaming, fintech, crypto, or creator platforms
Experience with referral programs, promotional codes, or campaign reporting
Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, X, Discord, Whop, DubClub, or Winibl
Salary Range
USD 18 - 30 per hour
