About This Role
This pivotal role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth, defining and executing the overall marketing strategy for Aventus DAO. You will manage marketing budgets, lead a dynamic team, and report directly to the DAO Council, making a significant impact on the ecosystem's success.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and lead Aventus DAO’s overarching marketing strategy, aligning with growth, awareness, and community objectives.
Plan and oversee integrated campaigns focused on token awareness, community engagement, and MQL generation.
Coordinate launch marketing with client projects building on Aventus, ensuring consistent positioning and co-branding.
Lead brand strategy and communications, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
Manage marketing contributors, including social media and content creators, community managers, and PR agency partners.
Oversee content strategy and production across blogs, social media, and community channels.
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance, producing actionable insights for the DAO Council and regular community updates.
Own the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across all initiatives.
Represent the DAO externally at select events, conferences, and industry discussions.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of Web3 marketing principles, DAO governance, community engagement, and token marketing.
B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or blockchain sectors.
Experience managing distributed teams and multiple marketing partners or agencies.
Demonstrable success in leading campaigns that drive measurable awareness and engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
