Investigation Analyst, Geofencing (12 months contract)
What You'll Be Doing
Investigate geofencing alerts and abnormal login behavior to identify potential risks
Analyze case details, IP data, and account activity to assess risk levels
Review cases, issue Requests for Information (RFIs), and follow up with users as necessary
Make well-supported decisions to block or unblock accounts in line with internal standard operating procedures
Document findings clearly, escalate complex cases, and consistently meet SLA targets
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in investigations, fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, or risk operations
A sharp analytical mindset, strong investigative instincts, and close attention to detail
Sound judgment and the ability to piece together cases using multiple data sources
Fluency in English, needed to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Comfort managing high case volumes in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points
Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, banking, payments, or digital assets
Familiarity with IP analysis, geolocation, or identifying suspicious account behavior
Hands-on experience with case management or investigation tools
