What You'll Be Doing
Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades for institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partners, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with the trading desk, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Track market trends, liquidity, and pricing to offer clients competitive and timely trade opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities to support the growth of the OTC trading desk.
Prepare and present regular reports on trading activity, client feedback, and market insights for senior management.
Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Provide strong client support and resolve trade-related issues promptly.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of proven experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in trading platforms and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Bonus Points
Experience with OTC trading desks.
Additional languages beyond English.
