    "What You'll Be Doing"

    What You'll Be Doing

Configure, manage, and harden multi-vendor network infrastructure across Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco, including routers, switches, access points, and Fortinet NGFWs.

Administer network authentication systems using RADIUS (FreeRADIUS, Cisco ISE, or FortiAuthenticator) and 802.1X for corporate wired and wireless networks.

Manage user identities, access permissions, and system health across core corporate SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and SSO/IdP.

Build and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and API/webhook integrations connecting internal services such as Jira, Slack, and CRM tools.

Act as Tier 3 escalation support for network and SaaS service outages, ensuring fast MTTR and adherence to high-availability SLAs.

Maintain site-to-site IPsec/SSL VPNs and core routing (BGP/OSPF), and use observability tools such as Zabbix, Syslog, and SNMP to proactively catch anomalies.

    What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or IT Systems Administrator.

Hands-on experience configuring and administering Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs) — a must-have.

Strong proficiency in Fortinet NGFW, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), BGP/OSPF, VLAN segmentation, and traffic engineering.

Practical experience deploying and managing RADIUS (FreeRADIUS, Cisco ISE, or FortiAuthenticator) and 802.1X network access control.

Proven background managing corporate SaaS environments and identity lifecycle, including Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and SSO/IdP.

Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell, with experience using APIs/webhooks for workflow automation (Jira, Slack, CRM integrations).

Native or fluent (C1–C2) Ukrainian and/or Russian, required for instant, barrier-free communication during high-severity incidents to minimize MTTR and maintain core SLAs.

Intermediate English (B1–B2) for technical documentation, vendor communication, and raising support cases (e.g., TAC).

    Bonus Points

Vendor certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA, or Fortinet NSE 4/5.
