    About This Role

    This role offers the chance to define the quality strategy for Jumper, a leading crypto exchange powered by LI.FI. You'll be instrumental in shaping testing, automation, and reliability for a product with over 150k active users, as we spin off into an independent entity.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Take ownership of QA planning and execution across Jumper.Exchange's core features, from UI to API and cross-chain integrations.

    Build, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Jest, and related tools.

    Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security to review requirements, test new releases, and improve processes.

    Investigate, reproduce, and resolve production issues, driving lasting fixes.

    Monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Champion a "quality-first" mindset within the team, balancing speed with stability.

    What We're Looking For

    3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably in a fast-moving product company.

    Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Jest for automated and integration testing.

    Solid foundation in API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end quality practices.

    Experience or curiosity regarding blockchain, DeFi, or cross-chain technologies.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.

    Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving quality issues.

    Fluent in English and located within the EMEA timezone.

    Bonus Points

    Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Redis for database and caching layer testing.

    Understanding of Ethereum-based testing libraries (Viem, Wagmi).

    Experience in QA for high-traffic or fintech/blockchain applications.
