About This Role
This isn't your typical overnight support gig. You'll serve as the human touchpoint for clients navigating a rapidly evolving financial landscape where decentralized systems, digital assets, and crypto-adjacent products are reshaping what's possible. As part of our concierge team, you'll deliver white-glove service during hours when markets never sleep—because in web3, neither do we.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver premium, round-the-clock support to high-value clients navigating complex financial products, including emerging crypto and DeFi-adjacent offerings
Troubleshoot account issues in real time, acting as the frontline voice for a platform built on distributed ledger principles and modern fintech architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to surface client pain points and influence smart contract-driven feature improvements
Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions to support compliance in a heavily regulated, rapidly digitizing financial sector
Own escalations during overnight hours, ensuring zero disruption to service continuity across time zones
Champion a customer-first mindset while educating clients on decentralized finance concepts as our product suite expands
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer service, concierge, or client-facing financial roles
Comfort working overnight shifts with flexibility across Chicago, Denver, or Westlake time zones
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and the future of decentralized finance
Calm, solution-oriented demeanor under pressure
Ability to multitask across ticketing systems, CRM tools, and live chat platforms
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to crypto exchanges, wallets, or blockchain-based platforms
Experience supporting fintech or wealthtech products
Familiarity with smart contracts or distributed ledger technology fundamentals
Bilingual communication skills
