What You'll Be Doing
Contributing directly to go-to-market strategies that help blockchain, DeFi, and digital asset projects scale globally
Shaping and improving products and platforms used by millions across the crypto ecosystem
Identifying gaps and opportunities across marketing, strategy, recruiting, or legal functions and owning solutions end-to-end
Collaborating with a distributed, global team spanning 15 countries to accelerate innovation in web3
Driving initiatives that connect builders and founders to the resources they need to grow
Evolving your own scope of impact as you prove your capabilities and uncover new opportunities
What We're Looking For
A bias toward action — you learn fast, move quickly, and don't wait for permission
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments typical of the crypto and blockchain industry
A track record of taking ownership and delivering results, regardless of formal title
Genuine curiosity about distributed systems, smart contracts, DeFi, and the broader web3 landscape
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a remote, international team
Motivation driven by impact and growth, not job titles or rigid structures
Bonus Points
Previous experience in crypto, blockchain, or emerging technology sectors
Familiarity with on-chain analytics, growth marketing, or decentralized ecosystem building
