As our Global Total Rewards Lead, you'll own compensation and benefits strategy across every market we touch — a rare opportunity to shape pay philosophy for a company defining the infrastructure layer of web3 finance.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead both the annual and mid-year compensation review cycles end-to-end, from budget modeling and calibration to manager enablement and post-cycle reporting
Build and maintain global comp architecture — job leveling, salary bands, market pricing, and pay equity analysis across our distributed, multi-region workforce
Act as the in-house expert on Radford for benchmarking, offer validation, and data-driven comp decisions that support hiring in the competitive blockchain and fintech talent market
Own HiBob and Pave workflows, ensuring clean data, accurate reporting, and smooth cycle configuration
Design global benefits programs that balance local compliance with competitive positioning across countries
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and Finance to align comp strategy with company growth and hiring goals in the crypto infrastructure space
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits with full ownership of annual comp cycles
Tech industry background — fluency in equity compensation and competitive pay structures within tech or crypto companies
Hands-on, power-user expertise with Radford for market analysis and band validation
Proven experience configuring and managing HiBob and Pave for comp and benefits operations
Deep knowledge of global compensation structures and benefits design across multiple jurisdictions
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with Finance, TA, and leadership
Bonus Points
Experience supporting fast-scaling blockchain, web3, or decentralized finance organizations
Familiarity with pay transparency legislation across global markets
Background managing multiple comp cycles annually (full + off-cycle)
