As our Global Total Rewards Lead, you'll own the compensation and benefits engine behind a company redefining digital asset infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to blend deep technical fluency in comp tools with strategic influence over how a high-growth blockchain company rewards its talent across every market it touches—from traditional finance hubs to emerging web3 ecosystems.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive end-to-end execution of our annual and mid-year compensation review cycles—timelines, calibration, budgeting, manager training, and post-cycle analytics
Architect global compensation structures, including job leveling, salary bands, market pricing, and pay equity across all regions supporting our distributed ledger platform
Serve as our Radford power user, leveraging market data for benchmarking, offer validation, and comp analytics that inform crypto-competitive hiring decisions
Own HiBob and Pave workflows, ensuring data integrity and seamless cycle configuration across our HRIS ecosystem
Design global benefits programs balancing local statutory requirements with market competitiveness across the jurisdictions where Fireblocks operates
Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Ops to support offer strategy, budget forecasting, and transparent comp communications
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Total Rewards experience with proven ownership of full-cycle annual compensation reviews
Tech industry background—you understand equity compensation and the fierce competitive dynamics of hiring in blockchain, crypto, and software markets
Hands-on Radford expertise, actively running analyses and validating bands rather than passively consuming reports
Proven HiBob and Pave configuration experience for comp and benefits reporting
Strong grasp of multi-country compensation structures and global benefits design, navigating statutory variance across regions
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leadership
Bonus Points
Experience in a crypto, fintech, or decentralized infrastructure company
Familiarity with pay transparency legislation across multiple global jurisdictions
Background managing multiple comp cycles annually (full + off-cycle)
Exposure to token-based or equity-hybrid compensation models
