    "About The Role"

    About This Role

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of geoeconomics and emerging technology, advising governments on how decentralized systems, digital currencies, and smart contracts are redrawing the map of global power and prosperity. You'll work alongside policymakers tackling some of the most consequential questions of our time: how nations can harness crypto and web3 innovation while safeguarding stability, sovereignty, and inclusion.

    What You'll Be Doing

Research and analyze how blockchain adoption, digital asset markets, and DeFi ecosystems are influencing global economic competition and national strategy

Translate complex technical concepts around distributed ledgers and smart contracts into clear, actionable policy guidance for government partners

Monitor regulatory trends across jurisdictions to help shape pragmatic, forward-looking crypto and digital asset frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technologists, economists, and policy strategists—to craft recommendations that balance innovation with risk

Produce briefings, reports, and strategic memos that influence real-world decision-making at the highest levels of government

Build relationships with stakeholders across the web3 ecosystem, from protocol teams to international institutions

    What We're Looking For

Strong analytical background in economics, international relations, public policy, or a related field

Demonstrated interest in or knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance ecosystems

Ability to synthesize complex technical and geopolitical information into compelling, accessible narratives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing policy-grade documentation

Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where digital asset policy is still being written

Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Bonus Points

Prior experience working with governments, think tanks, or multilateral organizations on digital asset or fintech policy

Familiarity with smart contract architecture, tokenomics, or distributed systems design

Existing network within the crypto, web3, or blockchain policy community

Knowledge of specific regional regulatory approaches to digital currencies and decentralized finance

    Why Join Us

Shape global policy at the frontier of blockchain innovation and geoeconomic strategy

Work alongside world-class experts dedicated to driving meaningful, large-scale change

Enjoy a collaborative, mission-driven culture with flexibility and genuine impact

Access continuous learning opportunities in one of the fastest-evolving sectors in technology and policy

    Salary Range

    $53,514.03 - $53,514.03
