We're assembling a world-class Crypto Operations team to tackle some of the hardest problems at the intersection of distributed ledger technology and consumer finance. As Product Operations Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, compliance, and customer experience—ensuring our crypto offerings scale smoothly while staying ahead of a rapidly shifting regulatory landscape. This is a rare chance to shape how operations function at one of the industry's most ambitious web3 teams.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and refine operational workflows for our crypto and DeFi-adjacent products, keeping them efficient, scalable, and compliant
Surface product friction points to engineering and product teams, influencing the roadmap for future blockchain features
Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers to drive execution on key initiatives
Deploy AI-powered tools to streamline operational processes across the crypto lifecycle
Own day-to-day operational tasks—customer communications, translations, pricing analysis, and remediations
Act as the bridge between operations and support teams, arming them with the context and tooling needed to serve crypto customers well
Spot inefficiencies across the product lifecycle and fix them through automation, better tooling, or process redesign
Track operational metrics and lead efforts to resolve issues or boost performance
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
3+ years working in crypto operations, product operations, or an adjacent field within the digital asset space
Solid grasp of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain fundamentals, and how smart contracts and token ecosystems function
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across global teams and time zones
Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize business workflows
Sharp attention to detail combined with a proactive, risk-conscious approach
Bonus Points
Direct experience launching or scaling decentralized finance products
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing distributed systems and digital assets
Background working alongside Compliance, Legal, or Security teams on crypto initiatives
Exposure to smart contract auditing or on-chain analytics tools
