What You'll Be Doing
Leading end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury solution implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to agreed standards.
Serving as the main point of contact for client project team members, building trust and ensuring alignment on goals, achievements, and expectations.
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans in line with Ripple Treasury's project management methodology.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align project objectives and execution.
Coordinating delivery across multiple Latin American countries and the United States, spanning time zones and languages.
Managing bank connectivity and integration workstreams across Latin American and US banking partners.
Defining and supervising critical success factors for each engagement, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Identifying and mitigating project risks, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and escalating issues to leadership as needed.
Establishing project governance to ensure oversight and compliance with delivery standards.
Leading project communication, including regular status updates to client executives, internal collaborators, and business units.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements across the delivery lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in client-facing project management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B enterprise software environment.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence client team members at multiple levels of an organization.
Experience leading multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously, often with remote resources and global teams.
Demonstrated capability to proactively recognize, monitor, and handle project risks and issues.
Strong listening, presentation, and consultative communication abilities, with the capacity to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
Highly organized, with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Experience leading projects for clients across Latin America and the United States, with awareness of local business customs and regulatory frameworks.
Business-level fluency in Spanish is required.
Existing right to work in the United States.
Bonus Points
Technical competence and understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or financial software products.
Familiarity with Latin American and US bank connectivity standards and payment schemes.
Business-level proficiency in Portuguese.
