What You'll Be Doing
Owning real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.
Investigating and resolving customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology.
Providing front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
Coordinating with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing in pre-production environments.
Supporting onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges, including prediction markets and event contracts listed on CDE.
Identifying, documenting, and recommending operational process improvements aligned with business objectives and platform growth.
What We're Looking For
BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field, with 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
Demonstrated product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on experience with error trade analysis and resolution.
Proven ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) with a documented ability to maintain quality under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions.
Responsible use of generative AI, with human oversight, to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
