What You'll Be Doing
Analyze clients' IT and business processes with respect to IT risks, regulatory requirements and best practices, helping them make their systems and processes more efficient.
Assess internal control systems, identify weaknesses, develop sound recommendations, and support clients in implementing risk-mitigating measures.
Audit digital asset custody solutions as well as transactions and holdings across various blockchain networks.
Evaluate forward-looking topics such as ESG reporting, cloud governance, artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies.
Help shape modern year-end audits through the use of data analytics, automation, Python and AI-based methods.
Take ownership of work packages or projects, collaborate closely with clients and international teams, and support the professional development of junior team members.
What We're Looking For
3-5 busy seasons of experience in IT audit, IT consulting, or auditing of IT-supported business processes, ideally within financial services.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to critically assess complex IT and business processes while developing practical solutions.
Experience with data analysis, visualization and automation using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python or comparable technologies.
Interest in emerging technologies such as digital assets, blockchain, cloud solutions and artificial intelligence.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with enjoyment of working alongside clients and international teams.
A high level of personal responsibility, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn, along with motivation to pursue relevant further qualifications such as CISA certification.
