Senior Blockchain Platform Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
Architect and maintain platform infrastructure supporting blockchain, DeFi, and crypto transaction systems at scale
Design reliable, secure systems interfacing with smart contracts and multiple distributed ledger networks
Build automation and tooling to improve deployment velocity across our web3 infrastructure stack
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and engineering teams to ship resilient platform solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems handling high-throughput crypto and stablecoin transactions
Drive observability, monitoring, and incident response practices across blockchain-facing services
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a platform/infrastructure engineer, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or crypto environments
Strong command of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
Solid understanding of distributed systems design, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain network architecture
Experience supporting production systems at scale with high reliability requirements
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus Points
Direct experience with smart contract infrastructure or node operations
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, tokenization frameworks, or multi-chain architectures
Background working with regulated financial or crypto-licensed entities
Contributions to open-source blockchain or web3 tooling
