As a Senior Consultant, you'll help translate complex smart contracts and distributed systems concepts into compelling stories that resonate with mainstream and industry audiences alike.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for clients operating across blockchain, crypto, and decentralized finance sectors
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers covering web3 and fintech
Craft press releases, thought leadership pieces, and media pitches that simplify complex distributed ledger innovations
Guide client messaging during product launches, token events, and major industry announcements
Mentor junior consultants while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Monitor industry trends to proactively position clients as leaders in the evolving crypto landscape
What We're Looking For
4+ years of PR or communications experience, ideally within tech, fintech, or blockchain industries
Proven ability to secure high-impact media coverage and manage client relationships independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical blockchain concepts for broad audiences
Genuine curiosity about crypto, smart contracts, and decentralized systems
Confident, self-starting attitude suited to a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple client priorities
Bonus Points
Prior agency experience serving crypto, DeFi, or web3 clients
Existing network of contacts among fintech and blockchain journalists
Familiarity with token launches, exchange listings, or regulatory communications in digital assets
