About This Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be embedded in a cross-functional team, directly influencing product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies within a rapidly evolving Web3 landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical prowess to drive impactful decisions for a platform managing over $60B+ in onchain assets.
What You'll Be Doing
Analyze complex on-chain and off-chain data to generate business and product insights.
Build and maintain compelling dashboards and reporting tools to communicate narratives.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across product and business functions.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines and scalable infrastructure.
Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate product changes and guide iteration.
Provide tailored, high-impact analytics support to product, strategy, and growth teams.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product or revenue analytics within fintech, Web3, or digital product companies.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Expertise in experimentation frameworks and statistical testing methodologies.
Fluency with defining KPIs, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
Hands-on familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms (e.g., Dune, Etherscan).
Experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
