This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure and security-critical systems. You'll be deeply embedded in Layer-1 integration work, wallet engineering, and custody workflows that demand precision, reliability, and deep technical rigor. What You'll Be Doing
Architect and integrate Layer-1 blockchain protocols into our core custody and tokenization infrastructure
Build and maintain wallet engineering systems that support secure key management and transaction signing
Design resilient, observable blockchain services that support mission-critical custody operations
Partner closely with security and custody teams to harden blockchain interaction workflows against operational risk
Develop monitoring, alerting, and reliability tooling for production blockchain infrastructure
Troubleshoot and optimize smart contract interactions and on-chain transaction pipelines
What We're Looking For
5+ years of senior-level engineering experience, with significant exposure to blockchain or distributed ledger systems
Proven experience integrating Layer-1 protocols and working with node infrastructure
Strong understanding of wallet architecture, key management, and custody-related security practices
Solid grasp of smart contracts and on-chain transaction mechanics
Experience building production-grade, observable, and fault-tolerant backend systems
Excellent collaboration skills, especially working cross-functionally with security-focused teams
Bonus Points
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and tokenization frameworks
Experience with multi-chain or cross-chain infrastructure
Background in HSM integration or MPC-based custody solutions
Prior work in regulated financial or crypto custody environments
