Senior Engineer - Blockchain Platforms
About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of crypto infrastructure and institutional-grade custody engineering. You'll be building Layer-1 blockchain integrations and wallet systems that support real digital assets at scale, working alongside security and custody specialists to ensure every smart contract interaction and on-chain transaction is bulletproof.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect and maintain Layer-1 blockchain integrations connecting custody platforms to multiple distributed networks
Build and optimize wallet engineering systems supporting secure key management and transaction signing workflows
Develop core infrastructure services that power tokenization and digital asset custody pipelines
Partner with security teams to design observable, auditable blockchain workflows that meet institutional standards
Troubleshoot and enhance production blockchain systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate custody requirements into robust, scalable smart contract and node infrastructure
What We're Looking For
5+ years of senior-level engineering experience, with hands-on blockchain or distributed systems work
Deep understanding of Layer-1 protocols, node operations, and blockchain consensus mechanisms
Proven experience with wallet infrastructure, key management, or digital asset custody systems
Strong grasp of smart contract interactions and on-chain transaction lifecycles
Excellent collaboration skills, able to work closely with security and operations teams
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes crypto/web3 environment
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols or tokenization platforms
Familiarity with multi-chain architectures and cross-chain bridges
Background in custody-grade security practices or HSM integrations
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
