About This Role
This isn't incremental design work—it's category-defining. DeFi is among the most complex, fast-moving frontiers in the blockchain space, and the interfaces we're crafting often have no playbook to follow. As Senior Product Designer, you'll own the vision and execution behind our decentralized finance ecosystem, spanning our proprietary blockchain network, crypto wallet, and emerging Web3 products. This is AI-native design work for someone who treats artificial intelligence as a creative partner, not an afterthought.
What You'll Be Doing
Own outcomes end-to-end—partnering with product teams to identify problems, test solutions, and launch experiences that redefine how people engage with crypto and distributed ledger technology
Translate the complexity of smart contracts, decentralized protocols, and DeFi mechanics into clear, intuitive user experiences
Set and maintain the craft bar, elevating design quality and product excellence across a high-performing team
Leverage AI throughout your workflow—from exploring problem spaces and surfacing edge cases to generating rapid prototypes—while steering intent and structure
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, compliance, and research partners to navigate a highly regulated crypto environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience designing complex, consumer-facing products with full end-to-end ownership
Active, fluent use of AI tools as part of your everyday design process
Strong systems thinking—able to zoom between granular detail and big-picture strategy
Track record partnering with legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams in regulated industries
Deep fluency in crypto and blockchain concepts—direct DeFi experience is a plus but not mandatory
A builder's mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving spaces
Bonus Points
Prior experience designing for decentralized wallets, blockchain networks, or on-chain products
Familiarity with smart contract mechanics and distributed systems architecture
Experience shipping products within the broader Web3 ecosystem
