What You'll Be Doing
Leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across content, demand generation, events, communications, and sales enablement to build awareness and generate qualified leads for Coinbase's infrastructure products.
Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for PSPs, money movers, cross-border companies, and banks, focused on reaching, engaging, and activating them through targeted messaging and campaigns.
Driving marketing for agentic finance across Coinbase for Agents and agentic payments, including thought leadership content, social campaigns, and product announcements.
Partnering with tier-one partners on co-marketing programs, from partnership launch planning through ongoing activation and performance measurement.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in payments, stablecoins, or fintech marketing, with a track record of building go-to-market strategies that drove measurable pipeline or revenue growth.
3+ years of product marketing experience in a startup or high-growth environment, including ownership of positioning, messaging, and launch execution.
Proven ability to write clear, compelling blog posts, partner briefs, and sales collateral that are accurate, tailored to each audience, and polished, with a sharp eye for editing your own work.
Experience developing and managing co-marketing programs with external partners, including joint campaign planning and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Annual base salary range of $170,765–$200,900 USD (varies by location), with total compensation potentially also including equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
