Senior Professional Services Engineer

Work with current and potential clients and partners to integrate the platform and other tools into enterprise systems and workflows, including GIS and Asset Management systems.

Build and maintain web applications and custom dashboards for querying, updating, visualizing, analyzing, and mapping geographic data to support capabilities and sales.

Develop quotes and scopes of work for integration and customization projects.

Create user and developer documentation, walkthroughs, and guides for new features, tailoring content to the audience's needs.

Support product testing and documentation, including beta testing, documenting bugs and inconsistencies, writing API documentation, and contributing to tutorials and user guides.

Work with open source mapping tools, libraries, and scripting languages, including Python, SQL, PostGIS, GDAL, QGIS, and GeoPandas.

Continue growing your own skills and help raise the team's skill level.

Assist the product team in managing requirements and new feature development.

Communicate regularly with the team, using Jira and GitHub to track and resolve issues, while offering and requesting help as needed.

Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback on the design and development of new product features.

Proactively identify and report issues, bugs, or regressions before they reach general users.

Reuse existing software or components where appropriate, while recognizing when reuse isn't the right approach, and write code that follows established team and industry best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with the engineering team.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

5+ years of experience.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

English level C1.
