About This Role
We're assembling a team of blockchain pioneers to push the boundaries of what's technically possible in web3 gaming. You'll work at the intersection of smart contract engineering and game design, crafting on-chain ecosystems that are as performant as they are ambitious. This isn't about building another DeFi protocol — it's about redefining how games live entirely on distributed infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with award-winning game designers to engineer next-generation, fully on-chain gaming experiences
Architect sophisticated smart contract ecosystems leveraging emerging EIPs and proprietary in-house frameworks
Write and deploy innovative, gas-efficient smart contracts using Solidity and Stylus, exploring use cases that haven't been attempted on-chain
Build core infrastructure, DApps, and game logic that push web3 gaming into uncharted territory
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product teams to ship ambitious decentralized applications
Continuously evaluate and integrate cutting-edge blockchain tooling to optimize smart contract performance and security
What We're Looking For
Proven track record architecting and shipping production-grade smart contracts in Solidity
Deep understanding of EVM internals, gas optimization, and on-chain data structures
Experience designing complex, multi-contract systems for decentralized applications at scale
Strong grasp of blockchain security best practices and common smart contract vulnerabilities
Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments typical of cutting-edge crypto projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with Arbitrum Stylus or other next-gen smart contract execution environments
Background in on-chain gaming, fully autonomous worlds, or generative on-chain mechanics
Contributions to open-source blockchain protocols or EIP proposals
Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain architecture
