Senior Software Engineer, Strategy Development

What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and optimize strategy development systems that drive smart order routing across centralized and decentralized exchange venues
Collaborate with quant and trading teams to translate market logic into robust, production-grade distributed ledger-integrated software
Build resilient, low-latency services that interact with multiple blockchain networks and crypto trading venues simultaneously
Own the full engineering lifecycle—from architecture and coding to deployment and monitoring of mission-critical trading infrastructure
Partner cross-functionally with risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure strategies align with regulatory and business goals
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability as trading volumes and venue integrations grow
What We're Looking For
Proven senior-level software engineering experience, ideally within fintech, trading systems, or crypto/web3 environments
Strong command of backend engineering fundamentals with experience building high-performance, distributed systems
Familiarity with blockchain architecture, crypto market structure, or decentralized exchange mechanics
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-availability environments where precision and speed are critical
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex trading logic into clean, maintainable code
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with trading, quant, and product stakeholders
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with smart contracts or DeFi protocols
Background in algorithmic or quantitative trading systems
Exposure to multiple blockchain networks and cross-chain infrastructure
Experience working with institutional-grade crypto trading platforms
