We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Telemetry team and own the shared observability platform that millions of users—and the engineers who serve them—depend on daily. What You'll Be Doing
Operate and scale our unified telemetry platform spanning metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards, and profiling
Maintain high-throughput metrics pipelines using Prometheus-compatible tooling, VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana
Run and harden log pipelines (Vector, Splunk, Loki) supporting blockchain trading and settlement systems
Operate distributed tracing and profiling via Grafana Alloy, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, and Pyroscope
Deploy telemetry infrastructure across environments using Terraform, Terragrunt, and container orchestration
Diagnose complex issues—missing data, pipeline backpressure, broken alerts—before they impact crypto operations
Build automation and reusable tooling so engineering teams can self-serve dashboards and alerts safely
Participate in on-call rotations, drive incident response, and continuously refine our observability practices
What We're Looking For
3+ years as an SRE, Platform Engineer, or Observability Engineer in production-grade environments
Hands-on experience operating systems that collect and serve metrics, logs, traces, or profiles at scale
Proficiency with Prometheus or similar monitoring stacks, including querying and alerting
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems—availability, latency, and capacity challenges
Infrastructure as Code expertise, particularly Terraform, plus solid CI/CD experience
Experience with containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Nomad, or similar) and comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery
Bonus Points
Familiarity with VictoriaMetrics, Tempo, Loki, Vector, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry ecosystems
Experience with PromQL, LogQL, or dashboards/alerts-as-code workflows
Background managing Kubernetes operators and CRDs
Exposure to Consul, Vault, AWS, or hybrid datacenter infrastructure in a crypto or fintech context
