About This Role

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct realistic adversary simulations from conception through reporting, mimicking advanced persistent threats.
Perform comprehensive security testing of systems, applications, networks, and processes within the Solana ecosystem.
Research and innovate cutting-edge offensive security techniques relevant to blockchain and DeFi environments.
Develop custom tools and exploits to uncover new vulnerabilities and test defenses.
Clearly and effectively communicate identified risks and required remediations, both in writing and verbally.
Work collaboratively and independently on unique or specialized security assignments.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, specifically Solana.
Experience with DeFi protocols and smart contract security.
Proficiency in developing security tools and exploits.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bonus Points
Contributions to open-source security projects.
Certifications in offensive security (e.g., OSCE, OSWE, OSEE).
Experience with static and dynamic analysis of smart contracts.
