About This Role
This is a chance to work hands-on with one of the most performant distributed ledger ecosystems in web3, crafting smart contracts that power real decentralized applications. What You'll Be Doing
Architect and deploy secure Rust-based smart contracts on the Solana network
Build and maintain on-chain programs using the Anchor framework
Design efficient account structures, including Program Derived Addresses (PDAs), for optimal transaction handling
Write comprehensive tests to validate smart contract logic and ensure production-grade reliability
Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional decentralized solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize on-chain program performance across the Solana runtime
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of hands-on Rust smart contract development experience
Demonstrated practical experience building with Solana and the Anchor framework
Solid understanding of Solana's core concepts: programs, accounts, PDAs, and transaction flow
Proven ability to develop, test, and debug smart contracts in a live blockchain environment
Strong independent work ethic with excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
Genuine enthusiasm for web3, crypto, and decentralized systems development
Bonus Points
Experience contributing to DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges
Familiarity with Solana's broader tooling ecosystem (CLI, Sealevel, SPL tokens)
Prior freelance or contract-based blockchain development experience
Understanding of cross-chain interoperability concepts
