As Sr. Associate, Corporate Development, you'll be a key strategic partner identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A and investment opportunities that strengthen our decentralized infrastructure and expand our reach across the crypto ecosystem. Backed by $124M in funding and billions in secured value, this is a chance to influence high-stakes decisions at the intersection of finance and distributed ledger technology.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive end-to-end M&A and strategic investment processes — sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential targets across the blockchain and web3 space
Lead comprehensive diligence efforts spanning engineering, product, smart contracts architecture, and business operations
Build financial models and valuation frameworks tailored to crypto-native business models and DeFi protocols
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and leadership teams to structure and negotiate deal terms
Track market trends across decentralized systems, layer-2 scaling, and emerging crypto verticals to surface new opportunities
Prepare investment memos and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting
Demonstrated understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and decentralized finance mechanics
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical blockchain concepts for non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity common to the evolving crypto industry
Bonus Points
Prior experience executing deals specifically within web3, crypto, or distributed ledger companies
Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, layer-2 rollups, or Arbitrum specifically
Technical fluency in reading smart contract code or engaging with on-chain data
Existing network within the crypto investment or founder community
