Staff Software Engineer, Frontend/Mobile (Consumer - Agentic Trading)

Own the frontend experience for the user's agent end to end, across mobile and web, including the conversational interface, the trading ideas experience, and the entry points that bring users into their agent from across the app

Build real-time, streaming interfaces for AI-driven advice, one-tap trade approvals, and autonomous execution, while keeping the agent's reasoning legible to users

Set frontend architecture and technical direction across agentic surfaces, including streaming state, real-time market data, and conversational UX, and raise the bar through design reviews, standards, and mentorship

Help shape agent behavior directly through prompt engineering, evaluations, and analysis of conversations

Partner with design, backend engineering, and the company's registered investment adviser to take features from concept to launch within regulatory guardrails

8+ years of professional engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale

Expert-level mobile experience with React Native and native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development, plus proficiency in TypeScript and React

Demonstrated technical leadership over frontend architecture across multiple product areas or a platform, including state management, API integration patterns, and performance improvements that measurably improved latency or reliability, along with experience guiding other engineers through this work

Experience building with LLMs in production, such as agentic systems, tool calling, streaming responses, or conversational interfaces

A track record of taking projects from zero to production with minimal oversight, owning both product and technical decisions

An interest in improving productivity and code quality through current AI-driven coding practices
