What You'll Be Doing
Cultivating and growing profitable, long-term relationships with clients operating across the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem
Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring service delivery meets the highest operational standards
Proactively identifying new business opportunities and partnerships that expand our footprint in the crypto space
Building a network of contacts that deepens our collective understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized infrastructure
Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless service for web3-native clients
Representing the organisation at industry events, strengthening our reputation within the blockchain community
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in client relationship management, ideally within financial services, fintech, or crypto
Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain, web3, and decentralized finance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with sophisticated stakeholders
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple relationships simultaneously
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-evolving industry
Based in or willing to commute to Central London
Bonus Points
Existing network within the digital asset or Foundation Services space
Familiarity with smart contracts, token structures, or DeFi protocols
Previous exposure to regulatory considerations within crypto operations
