    "What You'll Be Doing"

    What You'll Be Doing

Lead the DevOps team in developing, maintaining, and improving infrastructure and processes.

Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical debt alongside feature and infrastructure delivery within the DevOps backlog, covering infrastructure upgrades, CI/CD pipeline improvements, monitoring and observability initiatives, security-related infrastructure work, and incident postmortems with follow-ups.

Plan and track infrastructure and platform engineering work at the task level, breaking down infrastructure epics into actionable tickets, estimating effort with engineers, and sequencing dependencies such as migrations, environment provisioning, and tooling rollouts.

Coordinate DevOps on-call and incident processes, ensuring incidents are logged, tracked, and followed up with corrective actions.

Serve as the communication bridge between business, development, and DevOps teams.

Define and maintain the roadmap and coordinate sprints.

Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to infrastructure reliability, security, and financial compliance.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Track project performance and ensure alignment with business KPIs and goals such as uptime, MTTR, and infrastructure cost efficiency.

    What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT companies.

Hands-on experience handling production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, running postmortems, and a solid understanding of reliability concepts.

2+ years of prior hands-on experience in a technical role, such as Backend Development, Frontend Development, Tech Lead, or DevOps Engineering.

Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Strong background in Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Deep understanding of project lifecycle management (SDLC).

Ability to plan, track, and deliver infrastructure and platform engineering projects.

Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability, and release management.

Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ members.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, including SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and infrastructure requirements.

Ability to independently read and understand technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and infrastructure specifications without relying solely on the team to translate them.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

Proven ability to build a shared sense of purpose and align team members around common goals and product vision.

Skill in building trust and psychological safety within distributed and hybrid teams.

Ability to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience managing through ambiguity, providing clarity and focus amid shifting priorities or requirement changes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to align interests between technical and business teams.

High emotional intelligence, strong listening and facilitation skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.

Clear, persuasive communication in both business and technical contexts.

Credibility with engineers, earning technical trust through hands-on background rather than authority alone.

    Bonus Points

Experience working directly with DevOps teams is strongly preferred.
