What You'll Be Doing
Take part in reviewing project requirements and technical designs, develop test plans, write test cases and test code, and help manage project risk and quality.
Carry out black box and SAST white-box testing, including functional testing, performance automation, stability testing, and interface testing.
Oversee process quality management for projects, controlling admission standards at each stage of R&D, including QA submission standards and testing standards.
Identify quality and efficiency issues arising during R&D, testing, and launch, analyze their root causes, and help propose solutions.
What We're Looking For
A degree in computer science, software engineering, information and computing science, or a related field, with a solid foundation in computer knowledge.
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Golang, with practical experience understanding and writing basic code logic and algorithms.
Strong interest in software testing, with an understanding of its basic concepts, processes, and methods, and the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and skills.
Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate closely with team members.
A positive learning attitude and self-motivation, with the ability to adapt to changes in work environment and task requirements, take on new challenges, and continuously improve professional skills.
