About This Role
This part-time, remote contract role is essential for streamlining all team travel bookings. You'll be instrumental in maintaining travel standards, reducing unnecessary spend, and minimizing administrative load for our wider team, ensuring every journey supports our mission.
What You'll Be Doing
Review all flight requests for policy compliance, cost, and business purpose.
Identify and present lower-cost alternatives while maintaining safety and quality.
Approve and finalize travel bookings promptly and accurately.
Coordinate group travel and offsite logistics, providing compliant flight options.
Support travelers with receipt uploads, platform troubleshooting, and travel-related queries.
Track and flag any travel outside benchmark thresholds for People Team review.
Maintain accurate travel records and proper documentation for reimbursement.
Collaborate with the People Team to optimize travel processes and reduce administrative overhead.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in travel coordination, executive support, or administrative operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Familiarity with corporate travel tools (e.g., Navan or similar platforms).
Skilled in sourcing cost-effective travel options and managing vendor communications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Flexibility to provide coverage across global time zones and adjust hours based on travel demand.
