As Growth Manager, you'll shape how builders, users, and communities discover and adopt Starknet's smart contracts infrastructure, directly influencing the trajectory of a next-generation decentralized ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and execute growth strategies that drive developer and user adoption across the Starknet distributed ledger ecosystem
Identify and cultivate partnerships with DeFi protocols, web3 projects, and crypto-native communities
Build data-driven campaigns that translate complex blockchain concepts into compelling, accessible narratives
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecosystem, and technical teams to align growth initiatives with network milestones
Track and report on key growth metrics, continuously iterating strategies based on performance insights
Represent the Foundation at industry events, building relationships within the broader crypto and web3 landscape
What We're Looking For
Proven track record driving growth within blockchain, crypto, or web3 organizations
Strong understanding of decentralized systems, smart contracts, and the DeFi landscape
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies in fast-paced, technical environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform strategic decisions
Self-starter energy with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions or rollup technologies
Existing network within the Ethereum or Bitcoin developer and crypto communities
Familiarity with ZK-STARK or zero-knowledge proof systems
Background working within foundation, DAO, or nonprofit crypto structures
