What You'll Be Doing
Translate BNY's digital asset custody expansion strategy into actionable, market-specific execution roadmaps
Own and manage timelines across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring smooth rollout of blockchain-based custody capabilities
Coordinate closely with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to ensure new market entries meet local crypto and digital asset requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and risk teams to align product capabilities with smart contract and distributed ledger infrastructure
Act as a key liaison between regional stakeholders and the core digital assets product team
Identify market-specific risks and opportunities within the evolving web3 and DeFi regulatory landscape
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product management within financial services, fintech, or blockchain/crypto environments
Strong understanding of digital asset custody, distributed ledger technology, and institutional crypto infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-border expansion initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management skills across legal, regulatory, and technical teams
Strong organizational skills with a track record of owning execution timelines
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving regulatory environments tied to decentralized finance and digital assets
Bonus Points
Direct experience launching blockchain or crypto products in new regulatory jurisdictions
Familiarity with custody solutions for digital assets, tokenized securities, or smart contract-based products
Background working within global banks' digital asset or DeFi divisions
Knowledge of evolving global crypto regulatory frameworks
