"What You'll Be Doing"
About This Role
Euronext is the leading European capital market, covering the full capital markets value chain, from listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody to solutions for issuers and investors. It operates eight national stock exchanges, handling 25% of European lit equity trading, with products spanning equities, FX, ETFs, bonds, derivatives, commodities and indices. What You'll Be Doing
Winning and growing the company's first broker and fintech clients
Discovering what brokers and fintechs value, and understanding why they choose one provider over another
Testing ideas with clients through prototypes, involving engineering from day one, before building
Agreeing product scope and roadmap with the trading product manager, who owns the trading platform, while owning the client-facing product
Shaping the client journey, from onboarding to go-live, and the overall offer, in partnership with Sales
Shipping in small increments while measuring adoption, integration time, volumes and revenue
Helping build the team and define how it works
What We're Looking For
Ten or more years of product management experience with equity, derivatives or crypto trading products, gained at a fintech, neobroker, brokerage-API provider or crypto exchange
A track record of identifying what clients value and successfully shipping it
A clear understanding of why clients choose one brokerage or crypto platform over another
Comfort working with data and with APIs or B2B platforms
Fluency in English
Bonus Points
Experience with tokenised assets, stablecoins or crypto, even as a user
