Web3 Social Media & Community Marketer (Remote)
About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to own our global social media strategy, from crafting engaging content to building a thriving community. You'll work at the intersection of fintech and web3, driving narratives around stablecoins and payments to resonate with diverse audiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Own global social media strategy and execution across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging web3 platforms.
Create and curate trend-driven content (memes, threads, polls, videos, AMAs, Twitter Spaces) for both crypto-native and web2 fintech audiences.
Build and grow community by moderating discussions, hosting calls, and fostering positive engagement across channels.
Identify trends, narratives, and cultural moments in real-time to position the brand effectively within the web3 community.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams for cohesive campaigns and messaging.
Cultivate relationships with external influencers, KOLs, and internal speakers to amplify reach and build trust.
Manage content calendar and publishing cadence for Twitter and LinkedIn, balancing thought leadership, product updates, and market commentary.
Track and optimize engagement, reach, and sentiment, using insights to refine strategy and drive social channel growth.
Act as the voice of the community internally, collecting feedback and ensuring community insights shape product and marketing decisions.
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in social media, community, or content marketing, with at least 2 years in crypto, blockchain (L1/L2), and fintech.
Deep familiarity with web3 culture: memes, narratives, terminology, and ethos; active participant in crypto communities on X and Telegram.
Proven ability to grow and manage Twitter/X accounts, Telegram communities, and a company's LinkedIn presence.
Outstanding English writing and communication skills (native or near-native proficiency).
Skilled in adapting to content objectives and creating various formats (LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, short-form video, long-form updates, newsletters).
Analytical mindset, comfortable using metrics and dashboards to evaluate performance and formulate strategy.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment; proactive, independent, and execution-focused.
Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Digital marketing or SEO certification/training.
Experience with community activations like AMAs, Twitter Spaces, influencer/KOL partnerships, and campaigns (e.g., airdrops).
Familiarity with stablecoin ecosystems.
